Also I knocked on the door for 10 minutes and no one answered the door and you could here people talking in the back, every time I knocked on the door they would quit talking. This is so frustrating because I needed to get a package today and I can even get it.

When to the office to ask what happen they didn't even bother asking for my tracking number or any info and said " we never received it" then asked the lady behind me to come up. Now I'm out $230.
