**Edit: the owner dismissed me without listening. I opened an official complaint with UPS.
I sent my son's credit card through UPS on October 20th, assuming it would arrive at my son's address in New Hampshire. Last night, I discovered that it had not arrived. Today, I went to my UPS store (this store) to resolve the issue.
When I arrived at the counter, I explained the situation and asked, "How can you help me?" I presented the shipment receipt, but the employee immediately dismissed me with an unpleasant tone, stating, "I can't help you; this is not our receipt. UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Next!" Next!"
She didn't provide any explanation and wouldn't even look me in the eye. I asked, "I came here to mail the credit card. You took it, charged me, and here is the receipt. Why do you say this isn't a UPS receipt?" She continued to insist that they don't send packages to PO boxes, only USPS does.
It was a frustrating moment, and I couldn't make sense of what she was saying.
When I asked if a manager was available, she replied, "Nope." Then I requested the manager's information, but she claimed she couldn't give the name and said it was on the receipt, and took it from me. I honestly thought she might rip it to shreds. Of course, there was no contact information on the receipt.
All I wanted was to be heard and to find where my credit card is, or to be explained how I can proceed. I didn't understand why I wasn't informed that UPS doesn't send packages to P.O. boxes.
She could have said, "I'm sorry you might have misunderstood", or "we forgot to explain that we send it through USPS."
She could have either expressed her apology and said she doesn't know the next step, or provided a direction on how to proceed.
I was confused about why I would choose to go to this UPS store, which is farther away, when the post office is right next to me, especially considering the information I had received. By the way, sending mail through USPS is less expensive than using the UPS store.
The person who mailed my package on October 20th was standing next to her, and I wanted to ask him why he didn't inform me. Because he told me it would be a ground shipment and that my son would receive it within 3-5 business days.
At that point, I was already frustrated with the woman's attitude.
Then, the man presented a different scenario, as if he had shared the information about not sending to P.O. Boxes with me.
My frustration increased, and I still did not understand why this commotion was happening.
Not only was I treated with a condescending attitude without explanation, but the man also mimicked my mouth and treated me as if I were foolish!
I wasn't focused on the card anymore; I felt like I was being bullied by two insulting individuals. I raised my voice to be heard, and the woman threatened to call the police.
It was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this store where I used to feel welcomed. I believe the store owner and UPS can review the cameras to see how I was treated.
Being an equal opportunity employer is commendable, but please be selective in your hiring practices. These two employees require close supervision, as they often lack common courtesy, decency, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
One of the employees' names is Alex (he has heavy hair). The other one, the woman refused to give her name. She has a very distinctive appearance with an unrefined attitude.
I will also report this incident to UPS.

Edit:
To solve this puzzle, I went to the USPS office, and within just three minutes, they figured out what had happened.
Apparently, this store sent the manifest, but didn't even drop off my mail at the USPS!
Since October 20, this store has failed to deliver mail to the post office in this small city.
This situation is ridiculous! I have attached a document showing the details. Now I understand why those two were acting like bullies.
I don’t know how to retrieve my mail from this store or get a refund. They should also compensate me for wasting my last two hours.
