Then when you call to find out what happened they tell oh it will be there by such and suck and that is all they can tell you…. I never get a package on time or when they say they will get it to me… if I cold have the choice of UPS or Post Office I would choose either one over fedex… they used to be really good but their customer service is crap and at least my delivery driver is crap

I called multiple times saying the circumstances and was told 3 attempts were made to deliver, however the driver attempted to deliver it to the wrong address the first time. I was told the station agreed to redeliver due to the circumstances and me not being able to drive to pickup and that the driver messed up the address on the first attempt. Then next day nothing comes. Have to call again and they said we will deliver the next day. Then next day they don’t deliver again and so I called again and am told the driver is refusing to redeliver. No one bothered to notify me and now I’m having to figure out how to get this time sensitive package while recovering from having surgery. Very unimpressed.
