- SSSarah Sooter5 days ago1.0I went by this location 1/6/2026 around 2:00. I needed one page printed and the print & Go wasn’t working for me. The shipping side was super busy, two men running around working both registers to help shipping customers. There were two women on the print side who refused to even acknowledge my existence even though I was the only person in that line for about 5-10 minutes. I finally just left. I usually use these Fedex stores for all kinds of print jobs (usually a lot more than one copy) but this location was disappointing.

During each visit, the team members have been more than helpful, patient, and kind. Kelliann was especially awesome! Even though my file size kept printing in the wrong size, she remained helpful and made light of the situation. The team is also quick to offer help when you are using the self-service printer.
