  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out. The employees were engaging in lengthy conversations with customers, and it was clear some people in line simply wanted to drop off their packages and leave. While the staff’s enthusiasm was appreciated, there were eight people waiting and no visible sense of urgency to move the line along. Most customers are there for a quick transaction, not an extended discussion.

  Kelliann at the FedEx on 82nd & Quaker is seriously incredible. We came in stressed because another location completely messed up our order, and she turned the whole situation around. She was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but also SO funny and genuinely sweet. She made us feel taken care of from the second we walked in. She fixed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right this time. You can tell she actually cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. What could have been a frustrating experience ended up being easy and honestly enjoyable because of her. Sincerely-two stressed out girls

  Came here to also say, MARK is literally the kindest person I've ever met in my entire life. And obviously I'm not the only one who noticed this because I see the numerous comments already about this man. Went in to simply mail a package and left feeling an overwhelming amount of love that radiated off of him on to me and everyone around me. Literally like an aura. 5 star customer service 👏👏

  Do not use this place to ship out. On two different occasions I've shiped a package with a prepaid shipping label and after the package was delivered they tell me my package is 3 times what it really weighs I know what the package weighs I send the same thing out multiple times a month. This is a scam they have cost me hundreds of dollars just for these two packages. My 14 lb package suddenly weighs 47 lb when I use this facility to ship out. And they don't say anything about it when I'm handing them the package. This is fraud. Management needs to contact me and make this right.

  The phone number is pointless you cant speak to an actual person for anything and the automated system is useless. If wherever your ordering from uses fedex just cancel the order
