A few days ago I dropped off a package like I’ve done numerous of time before. 3 days had past and my tracking information had not been updated (which was unusual because usually that same day I drop off my packages, I am able to see some kind of tracking status). So the next day I went to inquire and explain my situation and the man working immediately told me “there’s nothing I can do about that”, which is ridiculous because after I drop off my package I’m leaving it in there hands. What do you mean there is nothing you can do? Don’t they have cameras to see what exactly happened? He was extremely rude and impatient right off the bat, even though I should have been the one that was upset, because they are the ones that either lost/stole my package. The manager then overheard our conversation and decided to step in and again no resolution just had a nasty attitude. NEVER going to the Los Fresnos post office again. They have the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL people working there. They all need attitude adjustments and need to attend some kind of professional development training. Please do not waste your time going there and go to another post office.
