- KSKristin StoryJan 15, 20251.0Every time I go into the post office there is some new rule or policy we are supposed to know about without even being informed. Carriers are no longer based out of the Lorena post office-Therefore, you’re given a slip with two phone numbers for Waco in order to get a hold of a carrier. One number goes direct to voicemail and the other number is never answered. Not really sure how they expect us to conduct business if we can’t even receive our own mail. Any tracking that states you can pick up your package or envelope at the Lorena post office is incorrect.

The new postal carriers in Lorena, now, drive up to the garage and then back up into my yard. when they do this, every time, they run over my sprinkler heads causing the lines to break rendering the irrigation system inoperable. i do not understand why they feel the need to get off the concrete driveway. We drive a GMC Yukon and stay off the grass every day. now there are tire tracks in our yard and about 5 broken sprinkler heads.

Constantly getting other people’s mail, packages being “lost” or “destroyed” but the entire packaging of the product I ordered is there just not the product. Constantly have to send in late bills because I never get them on time because they either go to other people and they throw it away or takes forever to get back to me. This post office has cost me hundreds of dollars in having to reorder products or pay late fees. Almost makes me want to leave Lorena!
