Horrible customer service. You will be lucky to get your mail once a week. If you have packages coming good luck! Something needs to be done about this!

Just had an argument with my postal delivery guy because he blatantly ignored delivery instructions and told me that he's allowed. Told me his post master agrees and refused to give me a number to call. Unacceptable.

Was there for passport renewal at 11:15am got there at 11:02 waited till 11:21am. Had the wrong form and Gene the employee upfront told me that we had to reschedule even though we waited for them they could not waited 5 minutes for us to copy the information from one app to another. Gene even treated me to call the cops on me for telling him that his customer service was horrible. When we walk in there was no employee up front so we grab the app we tought was the right one. And we had no idea that a 15 years old kid requires a new app not a renewal one. And when I told him that we show up early and and waited on them even they were running late on schedule. GENE said that they have to go to lunch at 11:30am and couldn't help us today. 5 minutes are to important to him more than customer service. We lost my lunch my wife lunch my son 2 classes in school. I really hate this location I hope we could get another location in Longview that does passport. I will have to lose another couple of work tomorrow for another appointment for sometime that should had been done today. And this is why the post office is dying. They feel more entitled to what they need not what the customer needs. This could had been fix in 5 minutes or less but his attitude of an jerk came first.
