- NDNick DNov 18, 20251.0This is the WORST post office in the country. Delivery times vary between 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm. They CONSTANTLY mark packages as delivered except for the fact that they never even showed up on this street on that same day. Where is the accountability for the people so consistently and miserably failing at their jobs?

They made a mistake on the insurance amount of my package and refused to fix it even with a teller verifying the mistake took place.. The manager told me i got what i paid for.. I requested 200 insurance and only got 100.. Brandon the teller is a good dude who verified the mistake but the managers would not even acknowledge a mistake was made and tresspassed me for trying to convince them to follow the policy regard insured packages in the domestic mail manual which they obviously havent read..
- BJB JamesSep 11, 20252.0Save yourself the back and forth. Management does not care. They're not going to change anything. Best thing to do is cough up the money and buy a PO box. Downside is now you gotta drive but upside is, there's more accountability and effort on their end to make sure your packages aren't lost. Although their line is always packed. One star for wide parking. And another star for at least not being rude. I guess they do a good job at eloquently saying they don't care lol 😂. I mean, technically i get it, i never take it as an individual problem but i do believe that if tracking states your facility was the last to touch it, there should be accountability and instead of launching an investigation they literally just have the mail carrier person leave me a note in the mailbox saying they don't loose mail nor does she steal mail. But i guess that technically mean they "misplace" mail. Whatever, just consider getting a po box if you don't like the stress of not getting your mail!

Dropped the parcel in the drop box, but it still hasn’t shipped after a week (tracking is a wonderful thing). Trying to call because I’m out of town, but no one answers the phone. I’m not a guru, but that’s an “0-fer” in basically all customer service areas.
