  This place is the best! All the employees are so nice and helpful. I just hand them my phone and the take care of all my returns to Amazon. Today I had the pleasure of getting Jesse, as usual he was kind patient and most helpful.

  A well-oiled team. They all get along, work as a team, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I only know the evening closing crew, there. They know how and are willing to build a customer friendship without any attitude as in criticizing and or judging others. 7 days a week, are they open on Sundays? I assume they are not. Let's say 6 days a week. Every evening they are serving a line of clients who line up at the front doors and the line is always from the front desk counter to the front door. So allow yourself a little bit of extra time because they are busy but they are not slow because they know exactly what they're doing. They have an excellent manager who is quick on her feet, her mind is still sharp at her and my age, I'm over 60. She might be somewhere around there. I believe his name is Jesus. He can easily take over for her if she need be. He and she are a great team. If this team is only making minimum wage, they ought to be making at least $20 an hour. It would be great if they could hire at least one more person so they don't have to work so hard 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. They touched my heart so much, I needed some paper clips. One of the team members dug hard into his jar and found two small ones for me. Then I went to the grocery store and bought a small box of them that were just too many for me which worked out perfect because I wanted to bring them a box of them. I kept half the box at home. The boss lady said thank you for the paper clips and told me if I ever needed one, just ask. I replied with if you need one take one. Did I mention yet that they have great customer service? Go check them out! You will enjoy watching them work as a fast and efficient team.

  This used to be the best store ever. S few weeks ago, they totally remodeled and cut their hours down drastically!! I came Monday at 6:45 pm and they closed at 6:30. I came today (Sunday) at 4:10 and they had closed at 4.

  The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient and saved me $15 in return fee. And my problem took about 15 minutes. Never once was she short or impatient with me!

  Well, this place is really hit or miss depending on who waits on you. If you get 3/4 of the people, it’s a wonderful experience. If you get the older lady, who am I assuming is the manager or the owner it is terrible. She is so rude so impatient And just acts put out if you ask her anything. This is about the third time I’ve been in there and left, wishing somebody would open another UPS store so I did not have to deal with her.
