- SLSavannha Lopez6 days ago1.0I have never had any issues with USPS in any place I have lived but Lockhart has absolutely AWFUL mail carriers who steal packages or don’t even attempt to deliver the package. They stole my 300$ package February 25th and I found it strange how I had a package come through my mail box same day from Amazon but my 300$ package is missing and wasn’t even delivered February 26. Then Monday or Tuesday USPS delivered my Amazon package and threw it not knowing if what I had inside was breakable, which they did damage my spotlight that was in the package they threw. Mind you they had to take 10 steps to make it to my stairs at least. I don’t know what happened to the mail lady we had when we first moved but she always delivered my packages. I noticed the mail person who drives a white jeep will not get off her vehicle to deliver the package instead she honks and honks and honks till you come outside and I was on a conference call with her doing that In the background. Looking at the reviews it’s ridiculous to see how many people have missing mail and packages. I also want to let you know you have a mail person in Lockhart opening peoples mail. My husbands check was opened and I know your employees know it’s illegal to open peoples mail and we will sue and press charges when we find out which individual it is. I want to formally file a complaint against this location and the mail carriers that deliver the mail to morning mist. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

- CJCelina JamesNov 5, 20251.0LOCKHART residents BEWARE! this USPS does not deliver all of your mail, the mailman himself decides what gets delivered. Especially around the holidays. They are not trust worthy to give honest answers. The mail man is def behind this, I have had issues since moving here. Supposedly, important mail and packages just vanish in thin air.

I know they didn't attempt to knock because my dog alerted my wife that somebody was at the door and when she checked there was only the note. I attempted to call to verify my package would be at the post office the following day so I can leave work early to pick it up but nobody would answer. I attempted multiple calls from 3 to 4:15pm. Rarely will I leave a review but the lack of professionalism here is sad.
