  We’re so lucky to have this business in Lockhart. What a great option to be able to take care of printing and mailing needs without leaving town, while experiencing helpful and friendly service. There’s also a self service kiosk that helps make for a smooth, quick trip. Highly recommend!

  Very easy and convenient to drop off returns for Amazon. I love the old school looking PO Boxes and staff is very friendly.

  It comes as no surprise that all of the reviews refers to this older lady and “owner” of Lockhart UPS. She does not possess basic customer service skills when it comes to demeanor. She lacks the patience as well as the charisma to be the face of this store. Perhaps she should leave that to her other employee’s who possess the energy and attitude to give customers a friendly and understanding service. For this, she is inadequate.

  If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. My recent experience with the Lockhart, TX UPS Store has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I shipped three boxes to my new address, all clearly labeled with the same exact address and apartment number. Yet, when the packages were due to arrive, only two were delivered. I was then told the third package couldn’t be delivered because the apartment number was “missing.” That is simply not true! I have documentation proving all three packages included the full address, including the apartment number. When I contacted the Lockhart store, they informed me the undelivered package would be returned to them and that I could either pick it up or pay another $50 to have it re-shipped. After both my mother and I requested a refund for the original $50 I already paid to ship it, we were told to contact the UPS Customer Center in Austin. I did, and they promptly told me they couldn’t help and that only the Lockhart store could issue the refund. This has become a ridiculous game of finger-pointing, and I’m back to square one. What’s most infuriating is this: if there truly was an issue with the address, why wasn’t I contacted? Why wasn’t someone proactive enough to make a simple phone call to clarify where the package should go especially when two identical packages were successfully delivered to that same address? It’s common sense. I am demanding a full refund for the shipment that was never delivered due to an error made on their end. I’ve received no accountability, no solution, and nothing but the runaround. I will NEVER use this UPS Store again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them. They have been unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKE.
