A package was dropped off at my house. I pulled it inside my gate and did not bring it inside my house. The next day the mail man pulled up to my house opened the gate and took the package!!! I thought someone may have stolen it. I checked the security camera and it was the mail man!!!!

New update: Many days later and multiple lazy occurrences later yet this mail carrier is still horrible! Why can this not be corrected by management?!!! How can 2 of my items be left in the mailbox but the third (which was very small and would have fit) could not he delivered due to “no access”??? What in the actual hell is wrong with this person?! This carrier also stated to me that she cannot walk to everyone’s front porch as she has 800 packages a day. Well I find that unlikely but regardless this is part of your damn job in delivering packages correctly if they don’t fit in the mailbox! Sounded to me that she picks and choses who she dishes out shitty service to. Just worthless. Definitely not my choice to utilize USPS for my deliveries. I don’t know why Amazon hasn’t fired you as a carrier. Last update.. one day later… I did receive a call from one of the managers regarding the case I opened on our carrier after all this nonsense. She called to make sure I received my package today. Chalked it up to being a holiday week and being short handed. Well that doesn’t fly for the other times when there’s not been a holiday. Nor does it excuse our packages being tossed out the window and dropped in a location other than our front door. Many things we have delivered should not sit out in the sun/heat. Not to mention breakable items. I offered to send the video so they could see. Since the manager didn’t give me a way to send it.. I am adding a few screenshots below. Not acceptable. I hope you do in fact speak to this carrier and stop this from happening. This boils down to laziness. Update for today.. this happened again today!!! If i could change my review to ZERO STARS I would!! Absolutely ridiculous this keeps happening!! Same stupid reason given. If the real reason is due to someone not doing their job then put that as the reason! Don’t lie and state no access is a available. I have been home ALL day and complete access is available. UGH!!! Please stop sending tracking notifications stating that there is no access to delivery location when there clearly is! Nor was any delivery attempt made anywhere near the time that you state no access occurred. This has happened multiple times now and it is beyond frustrating when our shipping charges for specific/expedited shipping still apply on our products being delivered. I get mistakes happen but when it has happened multiple times and the same false reason is given.. good grief!!
