My package had been missent, and when I contacted the Liverpool USPS office, I spoke with Courtney. She was extremely kind and went over and beyond to make sure that my package was sent to me. I received my package today and found that Courtney had personally wrote on it to ensure it would make it to the correct location. This post office is definitely interested in doing their jobs correctly. Thank You Courtney!!
