Not the best experience. I did not hire the company, it was used as part of closing my father's estate. I live out of state. A property was sold, and the out of state family was sent closing doc, with the expectation that they would be signed, notarized and over-nighted back...on the day of the closing. This would have be difficult on a regular day, but we're dealing with covid. And we all have our own jobs, and cannot simply leave and find a notary. There were multiple errors in the documents that had to be corrected before we could sign them, as well. They did work with us to help do a virtual notary, but the reality is, the documents should have been in our hands well before closing. To make matters worse, the proceeds of the sale were sent out regular mail. Not certified. And of course, one check got lost. The failure to send documents in a timely, or proper, manner caused additional stress in a time that was already stressful. I certainly hope this was a fluke, and not the normal way of conducting business,
