- RARosalynn ArizagaJan 30, 20261.0I am leaving this review due to an ongoing mail delivery issue that has lasted over four months. My mail has not been delivered and has repeatedly been returned to sender without my authorization, despite the fact that I still lease, pay for, and reside at my apartment. I have USPS Informed Delivery confirming mail is arriving, and multiple senders have told me their mail was returned. When I went to the post office to request that my mail be held there until the issue was resolved, the front receptionists informed me that the Supervisor Kimber denied the request and instructed that my mail not be held. The delivery carrier, Alfa, has been rude during in-person interactions and has continued to withhold delivery based on assumptions about my residency. My landlord has even attempted to assist by confirming that I do live there, but the issue has not been corrected. This situation has caused important documents to be lost and returned for months. I am asking for proper oversight, professionalism, and for my mail to be delivered or held as required by USPS policy.
