Treats people very poorly, just witnessed both employees go off on a long time customer. Horrible customer service! If i was owner i would have fired both on them on the spot!! Also every package i bring in they want to upsale me on different packaging options. Ive been sending out packages longer than both of these kids have been alive.

Always great service here! My phone doesn’t always have signal but I’ve learned to have it all pulled up before I walk in.

I visit this store often for my UPS needs as well as do multiple Amazon returns. They do an excellent job especially when customers educate themselves and come prepared. I always take a screenshot of my return QR code. I also review it and see if it states that I need to pack it in my own box or I don’t need a box. They always handle my returns or my purchases in a friendly and efficient way. However, while waiting in line, I see multiple people come in and they’re looking through their email trying to find their return code, they didn’t pay attention and didn’t know they need a box and they complain as if it is the UPS associate. Amazon is very clear and prepares you for this if you read the email or app. Unfortunately, I can’t do a Google review on the people who are not prepared and rude, but actually they’re the one that needs a bad review not the employees at this location who are very patient with some very rude people. Today, while trying to park, there was a rude lady that honked at me, even though I had turned first to park. She pulled into the handicap spot with no handicap sticker. She’s ahead of me in line. Frances, the associate had the patience of Job with her. The customer had printed her return label with a printer that was out of ink, so it wouldn’t scan. Francis nicely told her she would need to print it again because it wouldn’t scan. The customer replied “ I’m not driving 34 minutes to print it again “. Although that’s not, Francis’s problem , she nicely told her she could email it to her to print and stated the cost. The lady just started searching her email for it and starts complaining about sometimes the labels don’t last that long acting like it is a UPS problem when really it’s a customer problem and an Amazon rule not UPS store. She kindly asked her to step aside while she was locating her email so the rest of us could be helped. I agree if someone is complaining in reviews about Amazon or fees at UPS store, just disregard that review because those people aren’t educating themselves enough to understand. The UPS store is following the Amazon rules and they have stated fee fees posted if you can’t afford it then don’t go to UPS. It is a business not your personal secretary.

I agree with other customers reviews. Avoid this location at all costs. They could not reprint a lost UPS pick up label, because they are a “UPS store”. I’m sorry, but if a UPS store cannot reprint a UPS label, then who can? This came from their store manager. He also made us buy a box to return Amazon return that was packaged in a clear plastic packaging, instead of a box. This is how the package came from Amazon and this is how I packaged it back. I’ve never in my life heard of these rules. Making me pay $5 for a box on a $10 return is absurd. This was definitely a new experience at the “UPS store”.

I was reading through the reviews and I feel like some things about this location need to be clarified. The employees here have shown nothing but kindness and courtesy while also being professional in doing their jobs. They are personable and make you feel welcome. With that being said, the audacity, entitlement and lack of basic business knowledge and ethics of people in this area really blows my mind. They're not in charge of their own prices. As for the 2 most recent 1 star reviews, let's hold ourselves accountable. Had you actually listened to the manager and not looked for a special reason to be the world's biggest sphincter, you would've heard him say and explain about the international shipments. 😉 yeah remember there was more people there than just you. In my opinion he was more professional than most would have been in that situation. Do I agree with all of their price points? No, but I would hate to walk into your place of business and expect you to break rules and policy just because I was inconvenienced. Because let's face it they are running a BUSINESS not a charity. So if you read these reviews, give them an opportunity. Or dont lol but good businesses and good people that get crummy reviews from people who have nothing better to do with their lives other than to make things as miserable as they are grind my gears.
