I'm here every day for my business and see some of the stuff these folks have to constantly handle with entitled customers. It's really a shame they get a bad rap on here with the reviews... great folks, tons of patience, having to deal with people walking in with all sorts of unwrapped, unprepared amazon returns who are all upset because they can't just dump something on the counter. They go out of their way to help and have been great to me since day one. I do bulk shipping so they only make pennies on each package I have to scan and they still treat me like a valued customer. Glad to have them in Liberty Hill.

Terrible customer service.
From the moment we walked in, the employee assisting us was unfriendly and never even smiled. We were trying to return an Amazon item, which apparently needed to be in a fully closed box. The item was already in the box, it only needed a small piece of packing tape. Instead of helping, she said she would have to charge us to use tape and pointed to a printed "policy" sign. The interaction was frustrating enough that I decided to leave.
My wife stayed behind to print a photo. The employee printed it on plain paper without asking, and when my wife asked why it wasn't on photo paper, she was told they didn't have any but could print on cardstock instead. My wife agreed, but the photo came out grainy and low quality. Despite not being satisfied and never being asked what paper she wanted initially, my wife was charged for both prints.
Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, and this store has lost our business. I hope corporate addresses the customer service issues at this location or that the franchise owner considers making changes. We'll be taking our business to the UPS Store in Leander, where we consistently receive friendly and helpful service.

Treats people very poorly, just witnessed both employees go off on a long time customer. Horrible customer service! If i was owner i would have fired both on them on the spot!! Also every package i bring in they want to upsale me on different packaging options. Ive been sending out packages longer than both of these kids have been alive.
Always great service here! My phone doesn’t always have signal but I’ve learned to have it all pulled up before I walk in.
I visit this store often for my UPS needs as well as do multiple Amazon returns. They do an excellent job especially when customers educate themselves and come prepared. I always take a screenshot of my return QR code. I also review it and see if it states that I need to pack it in my own box or I don’t need a box. They always handle my returns or my purchases in a friendly and efficient way.
However, while waiting in line, I see multiple people come in and they’re looking through their email trying to find their return code, they didn’t pay attention and didn’t know they need a box and they complain as if it is the UPS associate. Amazon is very clear and prepares you for this if you read the email or app. Unfortunately, I can’t do a Google review on the people who are not prepared and rude, but actually they’re the one that needs a bad review not the employees at this location who are very patient with some very rude people.
Today, while trying to park, there was a rude lady that honked at me, even though I had turned first to park. She pulled into the handicap spot with no handicap sticker. She’s ahead of me in line. Frances, the associate had the patience of Job with her. The customer had printed her return label with a printer that was out of ink, so it wouldn’t scan. Francis nicely told her she would need to print it again because it wouldn’t scan. The customer replied “ I’m not driving 34 minutes to print it again “. Although that’s not, Francis’s problem , she nicely told her she could email it to her to print and stated the cost. The lady just started searching her email for it and starts complaining about sometimes the labels don’t last that long acting like it is a UPS problem when really it’s a customer problem and an Amazon rule not UPS store.
She kindly asked her to step aside while she was locating her email so the rest of us could be helped.
I agree if someone is complaining in reviews about Amazon or fees at UPS store, just disregard that review because those people aren’t educating themselves enough to understand. The UPS store is following the Amazon rules and they have stated fee fees posted if you can’t afford it then don’t go to UPS. It is a business not your personal secretary.
