  I agree with other customers reviews. Avoid this location at all costs. They could not reprint a lost UPS pick up label, because they are a “UPS store”. I’m sorry, but if a UPS store cannot reprint a UPS label, then who can? This came from their store manager. He also made us buy a box to return Amazon return that was packaged in a clear plastic packaging, instead of a box. This is how the package came from Amazon and this is how I packaged it back. I’ve never in my life heard of these rules. Making me pay $5 for a box on a $10 return is absurd. This was definitely a new experience at the “UPS store”.

  I was reading through the reviews and I feel like some things about this location need to be clarified. The employees here have shown nothing but kindness and courtesy while also being professional in doing their jobs. They are personable and make you feel welcome. With that being said, the audacity, entitlement and lack of basic business knowledge and ethics of people in this area really blows my mind. They're not in charge of their own prices. As for the 2 most recent 1 star reviews, let's hold ourselves accountable. Had you actually listened to the manager and not looked for a special reason to be the world's biggest sphincter, you would've heard him say and explain about the international shipments. 😉 yeah remember there was more people there than just you. In my opinion he was more professional than most would have been in that situation. Do I agree with all of their price points? No, but I would hate to walk into your place of business and expect you to break rules and policy just because I was inconvenienced. Because let's face it they are running a BUSINESS not a charity. So if you read these reviews, give them an opportunity. Or dont lol but good businesses and good people that get crummy reviews from people who have nothing better to do with their lives other than to make things as miserable as they are grind my gears.

  I will never go here again. Today 10/14/25 around 930am the manager was working. Myself and 8 other people in line witnessed him berating a young mom with her toddler because she calmly mentioned that $260 to ship a pair of shoes was way too much and that you can probably find a cheaper price online. And she is correct. This store is known for inflated prices. In fact I found it for $40 through ups online. He continued attacking her to the point where a man in line had to step in and tell him to stop talking to her like that. One customer in line said he is routinely rude to customers and they only bring Amazon returns here but would never pay to ship here. Another woman said she will never be going back even for Amazon returns. His uncalled for, inappropriate, abusive behavior lost the store many customers today. And will lose them more. This store’s poor reputation is correct. Do not recommend doing business here. Not even Amazon returns.

  This store manager only cares about inflating prices. $240 to ship a pair of shoes non express is extortion. Can only hope for corporate to come in and clean house, or go out of business and have FedEx come in to support our community. For now Id rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to FedEx in Cedar Park. Even Amazon drivers tell us this place is the worst.
