I lost my receipt with the tracking number on it, and was expecting to get the kind of "sorry, you're SOL" that we are all trained to live with these days. But Mr. Bagley did some clever detective work and Mr. Robert was able to log in amd reprint the receipt for me on the spot. I am so relieved and thankful to know that good people can still make all the difference in the world!

While I waited in line, I got a chance to observe the customer service by Mr. Rogers and Mr. Bagley. I was assisted by Mr. Rogers. He was attentive to what I was looking for and was very helpful. Both the agents did a great job and had a smile on their faces. It gave me joy seeing how patient they were with the customers. Had to make sure to look at their name tags to make a note of their names so I could give them a special mention here. ☺️
