  UPDATE, Last month I submitted a not so favorable review about this UPS store. Today after speaking with the owner of the store Rick, He took responsibility for the issue I had with a delivery that went bad. I would have called him sooner, but I thought I had to deal with Claims and Customer support. Both whom are unprofessional and lack in customer relation skills. Rick immediately resolved my issue and even apologized for my experience with UPS Claims and Customer relations. Rick is a true professional and a gentleman and more so a credit to the shipping industry. UPS Corporate needs to take lessons from him on how to treat customers. Thank you Rick for your involvement and resolution. Cindy G.

  I was at UPS store been going there for years all the other staff are good beside this Maddie aged manager I was doing Amazon returns today and the manager was HorribleI I had all my Amazon in a bag he still charged me $8.00 for the bags and he charged me $2.00 for each label he also charged me .82 junior achievement which I did not authorized I will not go to that UPS store at 1079 west round Grove Road Lewisville TX I think the manager was upset because it was 15min til closing time he was in hurry to get out but used to be young girl who was a manager she is great this manager tonight was horrible I also called Amazon corporate office and complained about this guy.

  I sent a valuable package using this store. The clerk boy failed to put the entire address on the label. I mentioned it to him, and he responded “oh, I have it” that to me means, I’ve corrected it. Well he didn’t and the package went to Florida to the address but not the apartment number, because IT WASNT ON THE ADRESS LABEL!! The UPS driver in Florida went to the address which is a multi unit apartment building and just handed it to the first person he saw whom was not the intended receiver. I purchased insurance but not enough for full value because I could not afford it. I’m now finding out that if you don’t insure for at least $1,000 your package will not get a signature when it’s delivered. Also, even if it is insured regardless of how much if your package is stolen from the door, it’s not covered! Since my package was delivered but given to the wrong person ( the driver never went to the receivers door) it’s not covered. I informed all of this to UPS Lewisville and Rick (the owner) made it seem like he was all in to help me get a refund the value of my package. Fast forward 2 weeks, he calls me only to say UPS denied my claim and I can’t use the insurance I bought. He tells me ”I’ve done all I can” He referred me to UPS claims, claims referred me to corporate, corporate refers me back to Rick since his clerk boy failed to put the entire address on the label. no one is helpful. All this happened on 9/6/25 and to this day no resolution. DONT USE UPS!!!! If you insist on using them Dont use store #3847 on round grove road in Lewisville, TX.
