I came in early in the morning (I believe it was January 28th or 29th right when they opened), and everyone was so kind and welcoming from the start. Shenna was especially amazing — she was friendly, quick, and very professional. Even though the line started getting long, she stayed calm and efficient the entire time. I also really appreciated the two gentlemen (I wish I had gotten their names!) who came out to help her when things picked up. That kind of teamwork does not go unnoticed. The only thing I noticed was that it was extremely cold inside, and I honestly felt bad for the employees working in those conditions. Even with that, they remained polite, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you all for starting my morning off on such a positive note!
