- JLJane L4 days ago1.0Sheri is rude and unprofessional—she really shouldn’t be working here. I do appreciate the convenience of the self-service return machine, but dealing with her makes the experience frustrating. Another issue is that many customers come in unprepared—no box, no address—so the staff ends up doing everything for them like a toddlers asking parents to do chores, which slows things down. They should pack up their items into any box, write down or print the address and come in to weigh and pay or if they have to slow other customers down they should grab a box, write down the address on the counter, when they’re ready, get in the line! I understand that’s part of the service, but it would help to have more staff available specifically for scanning codes, especially since the machine isn’t able to handle that part. Anyway, Sheri shouldn’t be working here! 💥The best service is the one by H-E-B Whitestone & N Bell! Workers are so friendly (always with smiley face), professional, and knowledgeable! There are two machines for self - scanning QR code and return💥
