I went by today and they wanted to charge me $9 to tape a box closed. It literally costs them nothing to show the kindness of taping something shut. Instead they charged me $5 for a roll or tape for me to close the box myself. That was followed up by more snarky comments about how he isn't the owner but this is a business.

I thought before it might’ve been a one off due to a busy Christmas season (understandable) but every time? Uncalled for and unprofessional for their brand.
