I was not greeted when I walked in and was privided the worst customer service. Another customer (German lady) walked in a few minutes behind me and the worker attitude completely changed. She greeted the lady with a warm welcome, laughing and joking with her. I guess my ethnicity isn't welcomed at Postnet Leander and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I walked in and immediately noticed that instead of a well-lit, organized retail store with a customer service counter, they had people sitting in chairs at the rear of a mostly cluttered and disorganized space. They not only didn't stand up to greet me, but the one lady had an abrasive and rude tone like I was some salesperson interrupting her day. It didn't take me two seconds to know that I wouldn't be spending my hard-earned money there. I went to their competitor down the road and received excellent customer service and much better prices than the rude woman quoted me at this place. I am sure she will post a nasty response like she has done with all the other customers who have left a bad review because she has obviously never received any customer service training whatsoever and it definitely shows!
