Horrible customer service. the clerk outright refuse to let me do a simple change of address, and stated to just do it online. Even after explaining that I was unable to complete the form online at the moment he still refused to allow me to complete it in the building.

Horrendous, they won’t let you speak with anybody over the phone. They leave you trapped in a phone call repeating the same information, it’s 2025 and this is the service we get

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Antoinette at this USPS location. She has helped me locate missing packages on a few occasions.
