This location has some of the hardest working, kind women and they just don't deserve that kind of treatment. I hope the moral stays high because these employees are awesome! If I could give 10 stars I would!

- NNNJan 20, 20265.0The ladies that run morning shift are awesome, especially the light skinned black woman! Shes the best! I have the access code in order to get to my po box after hours, and they hadn't checked in my pkg yet but she dropped what they were doing just to accommodate me. It was early and I am sure its the last thing they want to deal with but I needed this pkg in time for my sisters wedding. They have no idea how important it was to me. I am so grateful they always do their job with zero complaints. Then on a seprate occasion, I saw an older woman come in with a large pkg for Fedex, she didnt know she was in the wrong store, but this UPS crew helped her box and tape her pkg and prep it for fedex shipping and even carried her big box back out to her car for her and guided her to where she needed to be. Despite the line being long and customers being impatient, I thought it was the greatest thing ever. We need more people like this that care! This location and its team is by far THE best customer service I have ever encountered! Great job ladies!

I work as a public servant and was coming in for a quick return of package as I only had 1 day to return with refund. This is definitely under UPS standard I hope.
