- HCHeather CbOct 20, 20251.0I went in Thursday morning at 9:00 am to ship my husband his wedding ring because he forgot it at home and was doing business in Austin for the weekend. I paid $84 and the label and receipt both show Next Day Air by 10:30 am (Friday). Saturday morning it hadn’t shown up so I called UPS, she told me most likely it would be delivered Saturday but she would keep an eye out and if not would get the package re-routes back. She didn’t. This morning it showed still on the truck (NOT out for delivery) so I called UPS and a different woman told me it needed to be delivered before they could do anything. Now- I need to pay to get it sent back! UPS will refund me $58 of my $84 plus I have to pay for the return of the ring that he couldn’t use while in Austin. I’m pretty sure Mary placed it in the wrong pile because she confirmed the package didn’t leave Houston until Saturday. It’s fine, mistakes are made, but I shouldn’t be the one to pay for it and the manager was zero help at all! She was pretty rude 😡
