They screw it all up so I ain't getting my mail, and then when you ask them for help, they can't deal with it and say call the carrier back. Who ever heard of this. Meanwhile my mail is not getting forwarded. The guy who works that front desk is an idiot and can't understand half the things you say that have to be repeated. My mail is not getting forwarded and I've filled out cards at least 4 times!
