- JPJoe PulidoNov 7, 20251.0Be careful when you order packages from Amazon and have them delivered by the United States Postal Service. I caught the mailman taking sheers from my front porch via my Nest Doorbell Camera. I went to the Post Office to speak with a supervisor and she seemed like she didn't care about the issue. She seemed to be siding with employee than taking my concern into consideration. I sent her the footage of the video and I filed a police report on the mail man and the next day mail man comes back to drop off sheers on the front porch after delivering mail. I don't know about you but if you catch someone stealing stuff that is not there's you shouldn't keep trust in them. Much less keep them delivering packages in the same route. US Postal Service Officer of Inspector General should take a look at this. The lack of urgency when I told an employee I needed to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor not doing anything to reprimand the mail man for stealing but instead telling him to return the sheers is beyond belief. As of right now I lost trust in the postal service and a 1 star is a generous review.

I give him my address and he said he went to the back to “look” for it. I saw him in the back and he looked at 2 boxes and gave up harder than Antonio Brown in 2021. He Came up said there was nothing there and I offered to give him the tracking and everything, he said he doesn’t do that and told me to go back to the line, next person that went up to him, he checked the customers tracking. HORRIBLE servic, If I had the power to close that place down and have that worker live without a job for the rest of his life I would!

- RFReia FincherSep 21, 20251.0This post office needs to be investigated This review would have a-0 if I could but you have to give it one to leave a review To the LAZY LYING mail carrier that was supposed to do the Amazon deliveries to Dorel Apartments today 9/21/2025 it says my package couldn’t be delivered today because you needed a security access code to get into the gate will Mr or Miss Lazy Lier the entry & exit gates at the Dorel Apartments have been broken for the past 3-months you don’t need an access code because both gates are permanently open you should have checked & asked the regular mail carrier that comes daily to deliver the mail & packages to the Dorel Apartments before you lied about attempting to deliver the packages to the Dorel Apartments!!! This is a reoccurring problem every Sunday with the USPS on delivering Amazon packages. To the worthless POST MASTER @ the Saunders St Post Office you and the lying mail carrier both should be fired you for not following up on complaints from the residents of Laredo TX that the Saunders St location services no matter what day of the week it is or time of the day no one ever answers the phone at the Saunders St location when anyone calls. Your job as a Post Master is to make sure all mail & packages are delivered. Regardless!!! USPS is provided a access Code from each and every apartment complex in every city & town across the United States to access that apartment complex to be able to deliver the mail & packages and the codes are to be provided to the mail carriers on that route. I will contact the Head Post Master that is over all the United Sates Post Offices requesting an investigation into Saunders St Post Office in Laredo TX and I will also take my complaints to the local news station as well I am sure there will be a lot of Residents in Laredo that the Saunders St location services that will speak up on the issue they are having with this location!
