i live in HOA and they always give me keys in mail boxes that don’t work and always get alerts that drivers make attempts to deliver but state my “front door/driveway was inaccessible”
idk how if the they always walk on my lawn anyways and it’s not gated also
last year i’ve lost over $460 worth of packages and car parts SO FAR THIS YEAR!!! ITS ONLY FEBRUARY!!!!
i do operate a mobile business and unfortunately USPS can only make the deliveries and i’m here having to pay my customers for parts that USPS lost. i try getting help and non of them care or make the efforts to track these packages.
i’m literally on my last straw with Laredo in general
it’s so miserable trying to run a business let alone just living here.
i’ve made complaints and calls and i’ve argued with them and just threaten me to stop delivering to my address. absolutely pathetic. you can never win with usps

I live on Hwy 359, and USPS stopped delivering our mail because, according to them, they plan to move our mailboxes. In the meantime, we have to go to the post office to pick up our mail. This has been told to us since September. It's been five months, and the mailboxes have not even been touched. I am tired of making time to go stand in line for most of the time, which is an hour just to get my mail. Why are they taking so long to move the mailboxes, and why can't they just assign us a mailbox in the meantime so we don't have to stand in line when we pick up our mail?

Be careful when you order packages from Amazon and have them delivered by the United States Postal Service. I caught the mailman taking sheers from my front porch via my Nest Doorbell Camera. I went to the Post Office to speak with a supervisor and she seemed like she didn't care about the issue. She seemed to be siding with employee than taking my concern into consideration. I sent her the footage of the video and I filed a police report on the mail man and the next day mail man comes back to drop off sheers on the front porch after delivering mail. I don't know about you but if you catch someone stealing stuff that is not there's you shouldn't keep trust in them. Much less keep them delivering packages in the same route. US Postal Service Officer of Inspector General should take a look at this. The lack of urgency when I told an employee I needed to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor not doing anything to reprimand the mail man for stealing but instead telling him to return the sheers is beyond belief. As of right now I lost trust in the postal service and a 1 star is a generous review.
