This post office is a joke. They are always “losing” packages or “misplacing them” the post man for our neighborhood also frequently mis delivers packages to the wrong addresses and we have to pray it’s mis delivered to someone with a conscience that will give the package back. I have had soooo many packages that i haven’t gotten and have been lost, that is money lost to me too ! Sometimes companies won’t reimburse me for the lost items ! This has been going on for years with no improvement and the manager at this location doesn’t care and just keep saying false promises of it getting better. Well it’s been four years of this and the issues keep happening in my neighborhood with delivery of packages. And God forbid i try to call this closer ion no one ever answers ! They are trying to not take accountability for their awful work. This kind of behavior makes it seem that these packages aren’t getting lost but they are stealing them for themselves. I feel hopeless that things will ever get better. They should be ashamed especially the manger of this location for not improving things

Came by an hour before closing and they had already closed. Another reason to hate this place.

Been going to this usps at least 3 times a week and every time the staff has been helpful with all of my question and have even saved me money for my business. Only thing they could work on is employing more people as wait times can take a while but it’s not at fault of the employed 🙌

The employees do very well here with limited staff. The employees are also very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only complaint, as stated above is that they desperately need more workers at this location. The wait times are outrageous at times due to limited staff. On Fridays and Saturdays, it is not uncommon to see literally ONE person working the entire front. I am guessing this is what has lead to a significantly large number of negative reviews. For those warning to post more negative reviews, remember it is not the Postal Workers’ fault. Keep in mind that of the limited staff and direct your comments/ complaints to those in higher authorities, such as the Postmaster General, which, as of this writing (24 Aug 2025), David Steiner - CDM Google Badges: Master Reviewer, Master Photographer, Expert Fact Finder, Expert Trailblazer, Novice Director, Level 8. 24 Aug 2025
