- HJHugo Martell Jr.Nov 26, 20251.0today is 11-26-25 i drop of a package on 11-17-25 at 9:32am they give me a drop -off package receipt 9 day later the tracking is still said it in laredo,tx i went in store mr jesus told me that they don't have the package and to file a claim and to call ups and ups is telling me that they did not pick up the package so i went back to the drop off store to ask if i could see the camera and they told me no. so some one from the store is losseing are taking the package. i would recommend you to go to a other ups store to drop off your packages so they wont get lost specially in this holiday.
