  Stay away from this place!!!!!! They want to charge you for everything. Even a 4” long piece of tape for $1.08. If I could give them negative stars I would. Please folks take your business elsewhere.

  The staff at this location were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They helped me with my printing service until it was perfect. 10/10 recommend this location!!!

  I just visited this UPS store to return a package and was a bit disappointed by the extra charges. They wanted to charge me just to use a tiny amount of tape, less than eight inches, which I found inconvenient. I ended up going back home to get my own tape. Once I returned to the store they charged me to print the return label, even though at other places like FedEx, they typically print it from a scanned code without extra fees. I paid it this time to avoid another trip, but I do think these kinds of charges should be communicated more clearly. Overall, I hope they consider making these basic services a bit more customer-friendly.

  ⭐ DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE — ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⭐ If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to this store three different times, and each visit was more ridiculous than the last. First visit? I was told I needed to bring my own envelope to return an Amazon item. Since when is that a thing? Second visit? Suddenly it’s $2.50 to print a label. Third visit? Now it’s $1 just to tape the label on. GOOD THING I HAD SUPER GLUE IN MY CAR. And here’s the best part: the lady calls her manager over, and the manager actually rips my label off. Then has the nerve to tell me she can print me a new one—FOR ANOTHER FEE. Ma’am… YOU ripped it. That’s your mistake, not mine. And nowhere in their so-called “store policy” does it say a label must be taped a certain way. My super glue was holding it just fine. At this point I realized arguing with them was pointless. To avoid causing a scene (because I really could’ve), I walked out. And THIS is exactly why I always go to the Monarch location—more professional, more helpful, and definitely not as clueless as the staff and manager here. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. They make something as simple as a return feel like a full-time job. They don’t help, they invent fees, and they act like doing their job is some kind of burden. My friend told me they had the same experience, but I tried anyway since it was on my way home. NEVER again. Don’t waste your time.
