I ALWAYS have to follow the tracking on my packages online. Recently I had a vacation hold on my account but this site delivered my package anyway. Luckily I caught it in time and had to file a case for someone to pick it up and do their job to check when people have their profile set up for vacation. They promised they would deliver it on Monday, but of course they forgot and promised it would arrive today. I just got an email notification the due date has once again been pushed back to tomorrow. This is one of the worst shipping sites I have ever seen.
