I worked late into the night, preparing my mail for a successful morning. I arrived within the first hour of business just to get rejected and harassed. As a disabled person I don't appreciate Felicia's attitude towards me and others. My body trembled from the stress. I brought only 10 packages & she refused to help me with QR codes. I told her I do not have access to a printer, why couldn't the job just get done smoothly. The anger turned into utter rudeness & avoidance. My day started so poorly because of the terrible customer service. I came for help not anger. Very hostile, cutting customers off and blatantly ignoring me without a line being there. I don't feel comfortable going to my own local post office. Born and raised here - a shame. Shoutout to the other associates there that kindly help and listen. "Thanks for being so organized and patient." the last associate told me last week. We knocked it out in 5 minutes with focus & precision. Today took 40+ minutes with her being dismissive, physically shoving my belongings aside to skip me, and overcomplicating the process. Sorry for being a customer and needing help.

I was very satisfied with the post office clerk Felicia because she provided exceptional customer service. She carefully assisted me with my package, ensured everything was processed accurately, and took the time to walk me through the posted visual instructions in the office so I could better understand the mailing options. She was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to guide me reflected a high level of professionalism and care.

Probably... no, the worst USPS in America. This place should be an amusement park of the worst customer service. it smells worst than a Shell gas station bathroom.
