No one ever drove down my neighborhood, never saw a Fedex truck down my neighborhood the 3 times they tried, and they just returned my package to warehouse, these are the most incompetent delivery people I’ve ever dealt with. Never had an issue before until now

One lady was on her phone( not a FedEx device) didn’t even look up, neither of them greeted me, ask how could they help nothing. I handed her my parcel she handed me a receipt, didn’t say “thank you “ is there anything else you need nothing…….no customer service.
