The post office itself is fine if you have to take something in to be mailed, but our driver has repeatedly forced packages that are too large into our mailbox with other mail inside behind them, damaging countless bills/flat packages/catalogs/etc. I've tried to call and complain, probably 20 attempted calls in total, but no one ever answers the phone.

Explain this to me like I am in kindergarten and can understand. I have an appt at 10:15 for a passport. I get here at 10. The passport dept is running behind because the 10 am appt had issues. At 10:15, the 10:30 appt shows up. At 10:30 they then tell me they have to serve the 10:30 appt ahead of me because that is their appt time and if they serve me, even tho was here on time and appt ahead of them, it will put the 10:30 appt behind! So I still sit here trying to figure out how this process works!

Horrible, I have been paying for a PO Box for 3 years. Every time I go to get my mail it’s someone else’s mail and magazines crammed into my PO Box. I have to waste up to 20 minutes at a time either writing return to sender or stand in line only to get an attitude. I have put up with this for three years and just started complaining this past year. First I went several times and explained that I keep getting these peoples mail then I finally spoke to the manager only to be told there was nothing he can do about it. Then as a last resort I asked for the postmaster only to be told she wasn’t there. I barely get my mail because the box is so packed with two different peoples mail. Laziness and incompetence. Why do you even have to bother to put your name on your own box if they’re too lazy to look at it?
