The two women working the front this morning are miserable and give awful service. They make stuff up just to give people a hard time. I had 6 packages and the large black woman with too much makeup and giant thick glasses said she could only process 5, then you had to go to the back of the line and wait again. Hilarious because there was nobody in line. LMAO. Been going into the post office mailing stuff for over 30 years, never heard that.

This place is a joke! If i could give negative stars i would. They NEVER answer the phone and the staff, I have never encountered such RUDE and disgusting customer service behavior in my life. If you are able to go to a different post office I would highly recommend doing so!

I love the professionalism and fast services in this station. It has never taken me more than 10 minutes to wait there. I wish their parking lot were larger . Lovely staff with great and polite attitude .

I always have the WORST customer service experiences at this USPS location. Today when I went in at 4:50pm after work (they close at 5pm) I was told I needed to hurry to fill out the written shipping label because "their systems automatically shut down at 5pm" which was a complete lie - I've seen people getting helped after 5pm before. Then on the purchase screen for my large package there was a $45, $55 and $65 option for shipping my large, fairly heavy box. The employee automatically selected the priority $55 option for me and when I said "wait - I want the USPS ground advantage for $45" she refused and told me I would have needed to print out my own label if I wanted that shipping option (again completely false - USPS can print out USPS ground advantage labels for you). Seriously - if you can go to any other USPS location PLEASE do. I'm here every couple of weeks and the workers here act miserable 100% of the time and will treat you with disrespect.

USPS is almost always a horrible experience, they couldnt even mail me my new driver's license from the DMV for over a year because it continuously, no matter what I did, was returned to sender and they couldn't even tell me why. The DMV finally suggested fedex and I got my DL immediately. 🤦‍♂️
