Michael was so friendly, helpful, and patient with me when getting my forms notarized. I was unfamiliar with the process and had to make a call to check some things. Michael kept a great attitude, smiled the entire time, and was so pleasant to work with! The man who helped me ship my documents was also thoughtful, kind, informative, and cheery! I couldn’t believe what a great experience I had in the store and asked if I could leave a review, which…. I never want to take the time to do… but I had to! So positive, and lucky that my UPS store and team rock! Thank you!!

- MKMaria KryuchkovaFeb 11, 20262.0Lots of new employees. Have a few “customer packaged” orders in the past month that scanned in but Amazon website shows never scanned or received. Losing a few hundred dollars. The employee scanned and printed the label and put in back table to tape up later. For customer packed you always have to do it with an employee - so these boxes were not accidentally scanned up front. I unfortunately don’t have the receipt anymore but it’s odd multiple people are reposting this location is losing their items. Prior to January have not had that issue.
