The right thing to do would have been to reprint the label at the counter in the first place.

Their printer wasn’t working properly and none of the workers there knew what to do. As a lady was fumbling trying to get it to work, the timer was still going charging my card for computer usage. She came back 3 different times before she was able to get the printer to work and all that was needed was paper refill. The worker Michael had a big attitude and did not want to help at all. I went to him when the girl couldn’t figure it out and he said he can’t do anything without even checking to see what the problem was. I asked him his name and he said “Go ahead and report me, I don’t care.” If you don’t like your job, Michael, then you should quit. Don’t pass your horrible attitude onto the customers!! It’s not my fault that you’re obviously miserable. The UPS store, please train your staff on how to work your equipment. Please also let them know not be upset with the customer due to their incompetence. How many UPS workers does it take to refill a printer??? This is what customer service is coming to now days. Just pathetic!!
