    Let me premise this that til this encounter I have always had a positive experience. Emma the store manager turfed me off to Amazon when my return was lost and even though it was never scanned or a label attached. Her employee Ellie took possession my package and placed it in the store waiting for a label to be generated. Assuming she was able to complete this transaction, I left the store. I called the next Day because the package was never scanned and showing never received. The person I spoke to said they would look into it and call me back of course no call back .When I showed up 2 days later Because the package still showed never scanned Ellie took no accountability and kept pointing to the area Where she placed the package and even Smirked at one point. Emma Pulled footage from the cameras Showing that Indeed I handed her the package, but they’re claiming that she scanned the package at that time, even though she had no label to scan .They continue to place blame on Amazon for the lost package, even though it never left the store w/ a label and scanned. This is very concerning because they are not owning their mistake. All Emma can do at this point is continue to give me Amazon’s 800 number Which is complete waste of time. If you go to the store, make sure you keep them accountable because their manager will not.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I went with a package that met the measurements of UPS flat rate fee and the package weighed 8.7 lbs. It should have been around $30. The older gray haired woman said UPS did not offer that and told me it would be $46 for 8.7 lbs regular ground. I pulled up the UPS web site and showed her that my package was even smaller than the extra large measurements shown on the website. She kept getting louder and the other old guy who was helping me originally screeched "I will not ship this package either" making a huge scene. I checked on UPS website put in my package info and guess what it was a shipping fee was under $31. I had sent a similar package 2 weeks prior with no issues. I ended up going to USPS for shipping. Buyer be ware, they scam you here. Better to get your own shipping labels online Just horrid customer service.

    I have always used this store as my go to for packages and Amazon drop off! They are quick and efficient and the customer service was wonderful today ! Ask for Suevan and you will be a priority and valued as a customer !

    Staff at this ups store/facility are great! Unfortunately UPS is horrible they do not follow simple delivery instructions. Delivery drivers cannot read simple English or maybe can’t read & understand English at all. I no longer use ups! FedEX is by far a better and more dependable shipping/delivery service!
