The agent even mention they have that issue with UPS, off not scanning all codes. Make sure you verify that all codes are scanned because they don't take the time to verify.

Today I was supposed to be helped by a young man at the register, but when his machine didn’t work, a young woman just snatched my box and scanned it on another side—without saying a single word like, “I’ll help you over here.” Rude and unprofessional. On top of that, when I used their fax service because I’m dealing with identity theft, the same group of kids stood around making snide comments like, “Who even uses faxes anymore?” Maybe learn some respect before mocking customers—especially when they’re handling something serious.
