  The line was so long today that we had to stand in the sun before getting attended to. I think with the amount of traffic today the customer service needed to add help to move things along faster. I'm guessing they probably did not have enough staff on site. This is the first time I've experienced that though. Usually, I have faster service there.

  I have never had a negative experience here up until the last few times I’ve visited and interacted with one specific employee that wears glasses and has long dark hair. The last time I visited to return an Amazon item, he asked me some awkward questions about what I was returning. I just brushed it off. Today, unfortunately I had to go to his desk again (the one closest to the doors) to make a return. In the past, I have been able to drop off USPS packages here along with whatever else I’m dropping off. I asked if he could take my USPS package, and he was extremely rude when he flat out told me no. I asked since when, and he replied “since I started working here.” Really? He then acted like I was crazy for assuming they would take my USPS package and interrogated me about when exactly I came in the past and what the name was of the person who accepted the packages from me. How would I remember that?? If their policy has truly changed regarding accepting USPS packages, that’s fine. But I don’t understand why this guy had to be a total jerk about it. I wish I had gotten his name so I could let the manager know, but oh well. I will avoid going to this location in the future just to avoid having to interact with this person again, despite it being the most convenient UPS for me.

  Just wanted to add to the already overwhelmingly great reviews. This store always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Anytime I ever need to ship anything, I always prefer coming here and even though it's slightly more expensive than EZ-Mail, it's the quality of service at this location that keeps me coming back. They take care of the packing, wrapping, protection to ensure my package reaches its destination in pristine condition. Dan and the whole team are excellent at what they do, and is why I continue to prefer The UPS Store over any other shipping center. Choose The UPS Store for all your shipping needs. It's a little bit more, but the level of service you receive here is well worth it!
