- LJLori JonesDec 29, 20251.0While I was waiting in line to return an Amazon package an older man who was in the wrong line got upset with the Staples employee. Instead of trying to solve his problem she was very ugly as was the older man. Being an employee she did not handle him with respect. After he left the employee told the person in front of me, “I have half the mind not to process his return”! This is not acceptable even if the older man was in the wrong. I found the manager and explained what happened. Her response was that’s not like that employee. She then got on a radio and ask for assistance at the front. She didn’t even go up there herself.

Their website says they do FedEx and when I asked the lady about getting a FedEx envolpe I felt like I was a child getting scolded and the only thing she did was point to padded envolpes. If your going to be rude try getting someone to update your website!

She let out a sigh when she saw me and then very slowly started packing up (presumably full) collection boxes for Amazon returns. Then she decided to do another one. The line is building up...maybe 5 returns behind me now and we still haven't started the transaction. Then she takes those boxes to a cart, and starts building 2 more boxes. The line is wrapping aroynd to the front door. This is the stuff you do when the store is slower...not when it starts to get busy smh 🙄 She threw the returns into the box without any care at all, possibly damaging some of the finer electronics. Completely ridiculous! Zero customer service skills/friendliness. This worker does not want to be here and is making your customers pay for it by intentionally dragging her pace.
