The Staples associate took it to scan & kept it. I didn’t think much of it until Amazon sends me an email saying that I never returned my product & that my refund is being denied. I always shop at this Staples & I’m sad to say that their Amazon returns have always been so efficient for me until now. I’m pretty sure an employee just kept my return. She seemed to know what “Bey Blades” were, while I did not, as I just returning a gift I purchased for my nephew. The Amazon return actually worked before…I would go to return an item & stay to shop a little. But not anymore. I’ll be going somewhere else for my returns now. This can’t be the first time or last time this happens at this location.
- RRRobertNov 2, 20251.0I went into the printing section to get 30 black and white single-sided copies printed. The people behind the print counter are very rude. The Man that was helping me told me he couldn't print 30 copies unless I left them and that it would take 24 hours to get them printed. It only takes a couple of minutes to print 30 copies. I looked around and there were only three people at the print shop, One of them was being helped by another lady one was at the self-help machine and I was the third. I asked him if I could wait while he printed them but he told me I would have to use the self print machine. I asked him if someone could show me how to use it because it was fairly difficult. He said no he didn't have time and that I would have to leave them if I wanted them printed as that is their standard protocol. I tried to reason with him but he was just extremely rude so I ended up leaving with no printing. I will never go back to this place not even to buy a writing pen. Don't waste your time.
