- JHJ HuntNov 13, 20255.0Today I went in to the post office to mail a package. The postal worker who helped me was SO kind and SO helpful. She went out of her way to help me. When I lived in Houston, I never had that kind of service. It was a super pleasant experience! I'm so happy this is my post office now! Our mail carrier is also incredibly nice and helpful. If you're not happy with this post office, I don't know if you CAN be happy.

Was told in a loud rudely manner "Im not going thru the parcels just to look for your package. Are you kidding me !! This is ridiculous. Thats your job ! I had requested for my package to be on Hold so i can go pick it up. Seriously very bad customer service, rude people. Worst place ever !!!!! They dont even deserve a star rating !
