- MBmatthew blakeNov 26, 20255.0Let's talk about Jason over at the post office on bronco Lane. I had a customer that sent a very important check to me to my wrong address in jonestown. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but this was a check that was going to pay my crew of 12 before Thanksgiving. Not expecting much but, " too bad so sad" from the post office, I called anyway. First time I called it rang until it hung up on me. My heart sank even further into my stomach. Second time they pick up, cat's name is Jason. He has long hair that he wears in a ponytail, he almost looks like he hails from Indian descent. When Jason found out the 12 guys that were counting on this money, he went to work. Keep in mind there was no tracking number to work with, this was simple mail from house to house, Bee Caves Texas to Leander Texas. This was on Monday. I woke up to my phone ringing at 7:30 this morning. Guess who... Jason found the envelope! I just picked it up. What a dude!! If you happen to be in the post office, pat this guy on the back for a job well done.

- ALAdam LewisMay 22, 20213.0Had to go to the post office in person until around early 2022 because there was no mail delivery to my house, however now cluster mailboxes have been installed. However, if you are moving to the area i'd suggest looking into this in detail ahead of time as I do not believe all new houses will have mail service and/or cluster boxes. Many people we're pretty upset about this situation but it has been partially resolved now. Most of the time service seems normal now for a post office so i'm raising my star review from 1 to 3.
