- PPPaigeDec 5, 20251.0Went to ship something and the lady behind the counter was SO RUDE! She had a cigarette and lighter on the counter behind her and obviously it was time for a smoke break. She was getting annoyed and was frustrated because she couldn't help the guy trying to return something. She was on the phone the whole time with someone trying to help. I'm just hoping she taped up my package like I asked. If anything falls out of that box, it's a $200 loss that will have to get replaced.
