If somethings bothering you please don't take it out on your customers. I Don't think I want to come here anymore. Your comment about being in line ok but as you are stating that your attitude was not as described i simply heard you being rude and very passive aggressive about it. You just commenting/arguing with customer just proves that your attitude is what I said. So me and my friends who's use ups will be taking our business elsewhere and reporting you to the BBB. The manager was kind enough to keep the package there until the next business day for pick up. Also, this was no ordinary package, this was medicine that requires refrigeration. Huge thanks to the store manager Matt for all his kindness and going out of his way. I’m a frequent customer at this UPS store and everyone there is absolutely professional, kind and truly amazing.
- HGHannah GarciaDec 17, 20251.0Came to return something from Amazon, had my item in a separate cardboard box, and the manager, or whoever the oldest person is there, was extremely rude, telling me that he was going to charge me to put my item - which was already in a separate cardboard box - in another cardboard box “or bag.” Warning: they charge you a ridiculous amount for packaging. I would’ve been more accepting of the price to put my small item (literally could fit in the palm of one’s hand) in more cardboard packaging if the man didn’t have such a nasty attitude. You’re better off picking up any kind of packaging from Dollar Tree for $1.50 than paying them to do hardly anything.
