I paid for express guaranteed shipping and it used to arrive to me this way all the time on time. My express envelope was guaranteed yesterday by 6 and I’m still waiting 2 days later after the guaranteed delivery date. It’s been processing for delivery for 2 days and then they lied and said no access to location but I was outside and never saw a delivery attempt!

The mail delivery service is very poor now. Sence the mail carrier has retired. You don't know if your going to get the mail that they marked that it was delivered. Most of the time you might see it two days later if at all. I know the need to learn how to read the address right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady literally shut the door as I was in front of it. I know it was 4:59 but wow. I usually only come here when the other post office is closed. This location loses a lot of packages so remember to always get a receipt.

Several times my mail has either gotten lost or been delivered to the wrong address. This is very frustraiting. Some of the mail carriers do a great job, but some others are always too distracted talking on their cell phones.
