For example, I stopped by on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. It took almost forty minutes for a two minute transaction. If you have the ability, I highly recommend going to a different location. I do kind of feel bad for the employees there though. They seem to do their best but they are just not able to handle the store traffic at their current staffing levels.

This young, very professional, informative, attentive, just pleasurable human being stood at the front desk with a very welcoming smile on her face. It was 5:48 pm on a Friday evening when most of society would not be as willing as Jordan was to produce the level of genuine customer service as she provided. She had all the information I needed to be able to take care of my customers. She had my product pack professionally, in a moments time. She directed me in the right direction after offering all the possible services that could have advanced my experience at these randon UPS store that I shouldn't have even stop by in the first place. I just felt wellllllllllll take care of. Like she was the exact employee I would want to deal with no matter what business I walked into. Thank you Jordan, Boy UPS , you've got something special there.
