She had at least 5 other orders laying on the counter next to mine. Tell me, how can you separate the orders at the end of the day??? I dont know how she could separate one order from another at the end of the day. I guess the goal was to ring everyone one up and get everything straight later. Ok. Well, a mistake was made on my return. You taught me a very valuable lesson. Take a picture. That is so when i called to file a complaint, i could show the mistake. Yes, you have both boxes. I left 2 boxes. I called. I was told amazon would fix it in 48 hour when they got 2 boxes, not one. I was them put on hold. After waiting for a bit. I hung up. Next time, i will know. I will check my receipt before i leave the counter, and i will chat with the person up until i know i received the correct credit. UPDATE: Amazon never gave me credit for the second item. It has been one week. Amazon issued a second credit. Problem resolved itself.
