The older gentleman at the counter has never once been nice to speak to or helpful in any way in the last 2 years. Waiting in line I see it with all customers too… I have no idea how he is still the only person that can work the counter. Also the mail carrier absolutely refuses to close my mail box so packages are stolen and mail gets rained on.

- XXXJun 29, 20171.0These people at La Feria's Post Office are terrible. Whomever distributes the mail into the mail boxes sucks. Often I have seen items shoved and crammed into my smaller mail box of which I rent. Why can't they simply leave a notice for me to pick the larger item up at the front desk? I've had precious items of which I purchased online be damaged by their mail handlers doing this too many times now.
