Worst USPS I have ever had to deal with. I'm always getting other peoples mail. They lost my package sent it to a completely different house 2 neighborhoods away. Luckily those nice people decided to do USPS job for them and drove to my house to give me my package! If you have to go through the KYLE USPS you need to put insurance in your package! This USPS does not hold itself responsible for any packages they lose and you will lose your package and your money!

This is the worst post office I’ve been too. The ladies up front seem like they hate their job as how they treat customers. Wish I could give this post office 0 stars. Also, this is the only one who closes early as I found out when that lady yelled, “we’re closed Sir”, as I walked in to simply pick up a letter they tried to deliver while I was at work! Thinking they closed at 5pm like a normal post office. I’m new to Kyle and wish I could use my old post office.

This is the laziest post office. Would you like to simply drop off a flat rate package for shipment? Too bad!!! They don't have bins or slots to drop them off!! Would like to buy stamps from an automated kiosk? Too bad!!! They don't think it necessary to let you buy stamps! Would you like to be able to use postal services before or after your work hours? Too bad!!! They are only open for stay at home parents and the jobless! Oh, well maybe you want to just pop on by on Saturday to drop your stuff off? Too bad!!!! They are only open for 2 hours! Make sure plan your entire life around the Kyle post office if you ever want to use their services! Complete joke! #reformUSPSKyle

Ladies in the front are always rude and condescending. I have never had a pleasant interaction with them. They make it seem like it’s some burden to help / answer a question. I had to get a PO Box because my landlord doesn’t have a mail box - I wish I would have gone somewhere else before I got one at this location for a whole year.
