I wish companies would let u chose how u want it shipped i would never pick usps id even pay extra to avoid using them! So many lost packages and 90 percent arrived days after saying delivered! And their only answer is that they show delivered so wait 48 more hrs before even contacting them as they know they do this constantly.

Regardless of the day someone is having, professionalism and courtesy should be maintained when speaking with customers. This interaction reflected poorly on the level of customer service I expected.
