I wish companies would let u chose how u want it shipped i would never pick usps id even pay extra to avoid using them! So many lost packages and 90 percent arrived days after saying delivered! And their only answer is that they show delivered so wait 48 more hrs before even contacting them as they know they do this constantly.

Regardless of the day someone is having, professionalism and courtesy should be maintained when speaking with customers. This interaction reflected poorly on the level of customer service I expected.
- SSstormycat1986Jun 18, 20254.0My postal problems have never been with the local PO. It's the US Postal Service that needs to be revamped. They do need extended hours for those of us who work and can't get there between 8:30-3:00.
- JTJoshua TuckerJan 18, 20211.0Have your packages sent through a different post office!!! The delivery here is almost non existent. Even if you pay extra for weekend or express delivery, it will still show up a week late if it even shows up at all. They don't care. Even if its medication needed to survive. Go through fed ex or ups and pay the extra money because at least that way it will show up. I've seen lazy delivery drivers, but not like this. Tracking says out for delivery but if you don't call them or go in, it'll get delivered when the driver feels like it. Its messed up. Save your receipts, and log all your information because if you go through here you may need to end up in court to get your stuff.
