I should not have to walk to my neighbors house to deliver his mail to him, that's the carriers responsibility. I don't see how my name and address could be mistaken, they need to fix that.

Le doy mi segundo paquete y tampoco porque el paquete estaba abierto y necesitaba tape. Sin embargo e ido a otros Post office y si han tomado mi paquete y ellos ponen tape por mi. Además Si no lo toman abierto el paquete su deber es orientar al cliente que debe estar cerrado el paquete o ofrecerle tape que si venden en tienda. Ayudar el cliente ofrecer SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, que pena que haya gente así trabajando con público.

Have no problems with my Mon-friday mailman but my weekend one just cant seem to get it right. Been SOL multiple times when ive needed a package on a weekend, cant call because the office is closed when I get home, and is also closed sundays.
