- SSSarayNov 17, 20251.0I had a passport appointment and the guy snatched my documents and literally skimmed through them and then saw my social and birth certificate next to my printed application. He asked for my id and then asked for my social like he didn’t just go through my things and then grabbed it so aggressively it was funny. At the end of the transaction, on the pin pad, it asks you how you felt about your experience with a sad, neutral and happy face to choose from and he just saw it and immediately clicked the happy expression. And I asked him why he’s lying and pressing it for me? 🤣 super unprofessional

There was no people in line. I was thinking about buying a money order and use their services but because of this I decided to go to the other post office in WS Young where I know they treat me better and with dignity.

Almost immediately the gentleman at the counter (Moore) asked if I needed any help and I said I did, and he helped me get my packaged return. He was nice and efficient, thank you for your help Moore! EDIT (11/20/25): Tried to return a package with the help of an associate (did not catch her name) and a week later the package was sent back to me so I just spent $11 for no reason. Thanks.
