Thankfully, i encountered the supervisor who's very professional, respectful and helpful! His name is Shawn and i swear, i see why he's the supervisor. Great job Shawn, even the two gentlemen at the counter were professional.

I got no answers after I put in a request to talk to someone about not receiving my mhousehold mail for the last 7 days. They called me and when I tried to call back at the number provided by them, I got more run around from this dumb system. I understand not getting mail for a few days due to the ice, but the ice has been gone for 3 days. I'm still getting the emails about the mail we're supposed to have gotten and there's important mail that I still haven't gotten. This is a huge problem. Get with it Killeen!
