Guy named Mike here was very rude and unprofessional. Speaking to my mother very nasty saying she doesn’t have a place to talk about their workers being nasty towards customers even tho my mom had many manger jobs. They definitely need retraining. Don’t recommend going here unless you want nasty attitude

They always deliver my packages and do as I say by knocking on the door to make sure my package is delivered

The worst ever. I get packages re-routed all over the country after it arrives at Killeen post office. It'll say out for delivery, then it shows up an hour later in Evant, 60 miles from Killeen. Then they sent it back to Austin where it takes days more. Then it's up in Dallas, then back down to Austin distro center. Then it shows sitting at the Killeen post office for another week. When you call them and question them, they hang up on you. Rudest workers in the world. Then they get an attitude when you're frustrated that your package is 2 weeks late after being routed all over the state. No apologies or anything. And we wonder why shipping costs keep going up and up. We're having to pay for 5x the trips that it's needed to ship a package. Lordy, the headaches these people have caused me for over 30 years now. Now I can see why people go "postal".

The customer service today 12/15/25 was unbelievable. The woman working the counter (with gray dreadlocks) was so rude to customers. I was in shock how she told the customer I DO NOT CARE. Moore was also rude. Both had rude comments at the counter. This is customer service, if you hate your job then just quit!!! Wont be coming back here, zero stars 👎🏾👎🏾

The woman with the dreadlocks working the front desk doing the passports needs to be fired immediately. She has the worst attitude and is extremely aggressive to the patrons for absolutely no reason. I did extensive research when getting my son‘s passport because I have full legal custody of my son and when I came to do the application she looked over my paperwork and my custody documents and told me flat to my face that my application would not get approved and that I should not go through with submitting it. I told her to submit it because I did my research and what I had was correct and she had a full-blown attitude and did it reluctantly. Needless to say my son got his passport approval with zero issues. When I got the approval, I went back to the post office to tell her to her face that working at a post office you should be well informed of the guidelines and policies in place for situations like this, because if I can even do my own research online at home and get the correct information yet you don’t have the correct information is completely asinine and ignorant. To play the god role and tell someone definitively that it will not get approved is crazy. My heart goes out to any another female who is a sole custody parent who has already dealt with the anxieties and uncertainties of the legal system who then have to go through this stupid woman and make you feel like you have no rights again when you’re literally just wanting to give your kid the world is actually evil.
