I had a frustrating experience this morning with a rep from Fed Ex and needed to have a high dollar item shipped to Dallas for repair. The rep at the Fed Ex store wasn't trying to help so I came to the Trimmier UPS store location and now a weight has been lifted. I needed over 5k insurance on my package and Rena was able to explain to me this option was indeed available and that we could get my item shipped in the way I needed it as well as next day. She took her time and truly cared about each step in making sure the address info was correct and that my package was super secure for handling and shipping. She also let me know the time frame the package would make it to Dallas. We shared smiles and laughter and her inner and other beauty made my Monday start wonderful.
